PLA

Et godt materiale som er lett å jobbe med

Fordeler: Solide harde printer, Enkel å lage og ta vare på, Fås i mange farger, Kan jobbes med etterpå som f. eks. filing, borring m.m.

Ulemper: Sprø ved for mye kraft, Tåler ikke varme eller direkte sollys.

  • PETG – Tåler mer enn PLA, da spesielt varme
  • ABS – Lik PETG men avgir gasser under printing så dette kan ikke brukes
  • TPU – Myk plastik, som gummistrekk
